Order Lead Time:

Our standard delivery time, on cold plunge products, is 4-5 weeks.

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 1 business day of us receiving tracking info from the warehouse. This will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Cold Plunge LTD proudly offers FREE SHIPPING to all of the continental United States. If you're outside of this region, please reach out to our support team to discuss your shipping circumstances and we'll work diligently to find a solution.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, it must be approved and your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If there isn't anything wrong with the products you're returning, the shipping will be at your own cost and the refund is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once the returned item is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
