Returns & Cancellations

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, it must be approved and your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If there isn't anything wrong with the products you're returning, the shipping will be at your own cost and the refund is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once the returned item is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  2. Transit Costs: Once manufactured, your order is prepared for shipment. We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your package reaches you safely and on time. Canceling an order at this stage would incur unnecessary transit costs and logistics overhead.

  3. Efficiency: Our No Cancellation Policy enables us to maintain efficiency in our operations. It allows us to focus on fulfilling orders promptly and delivering exceptional customer service to all our clients.

What If I Need to Make Changes?

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to modify your order after it has been placed. While we cannot accommodate cancellations, we may be able to assist you with alterations to your order, such as changes in shipping address or product specifications. Exceptions

In rare cases where unforeseen circumstances arise, such as product unavailability or manufacturing issues, we reserve the right to cancel an order. In such instances, you will be promptly notified, and appropriate measures will be taken to address the situation, which may include issuing a refund or offering alternative solutions.
