PVC Tubs/Barrels - No Warranty Unless The Item Arrives Damaged
If you unbox these items and they're damaged from shipping, do not inflate and reach out to customer service immediately.
These items are inflated prior to shipping to ensure their quality, however, if you inflate these items and there's a leak detected, the items come with repair/patch kits and it's fairly simple to make a quick repair.
Furthermore, if your item starts to lose air over time, simply inspect the item, identify where the leak is coming from and use your repair/patch kit to fix the issue.
Acrylic Elite/Chiller: 7-Months from Order Date
If the Acrylic tub arrives damaged, please reach out to support immediately. If the tub is damaged after being delivered, there is no warranty available for outside influence.
If you experience issues with your Acrylic Elite chiller, and you're still under your limited-warranty period, please email customer service immediately. In your email, please provide extremely detailed information regarding the issue, along with photos and videos showing the problem.
The limited-warranty support comes directly from the manufacturer and we will support those efforts during the limited-warranty period.
Their first course of action is to troubleshoot the chiller. Once they are able to diagnose the issue, the chiller can typically be fixed by the customer replacing a part or two that will be shipped to you for repair, free of charge. Along with the part(s), you'll receive video instructions showing how to replace the defective part(s).
If the repairs are completed, and aren't deemed successful, the manufacturer may offer to replace your chiller. If so, they may require you to ship your current chiller to their warehouse. This cost falls solely on the customer to cover, which is why we strongly encourage you to work through troubleshooting the chiller until it becomes operable once again.
If you are past the limited-warranty time frame, and still need support, we can still potentially offer support with trouble shooting and repair parts at a cost to the customer.
