Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm when it will be ready for shipping. If your item is simply unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. However, if your item(s) are available to be constructed, we will process the charges and submit the order to the supplier. At that time, we will send you an email with the estimated lead time.

Order Lead Time:

While all of our suppliers have different shipping policies, the typical lead time for a product to ship is between 1 and 4 weeks. Please refer to the product page of the item you're looking to purchase for item specific lead time and if you cannot find the information you are looking for, please contact support and we'll be more than happy to help.

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Typical transit time once shipped is 3-5 business days.
